We keep

We manage 200 hives in the province of Bergamo, cared for using the innovative small-nest technique.
A forward-thinking approach that puts bee welfare at the center, managing each colony in an environment truly “designed for bees” to ensure health and vitality.

We harvest honey

We handle the entire extraction process in-house, from the combs onward, ensuring full control over the purity of the honey and respect for the raw material at every stage.

We package

We let our honey settle for at least 40 days, ensuring perfect maturation. After subjecting each batch to rigorous melissopalynological analyses, we package it into durable buckets.
